Ritchie McKay is a college basketball coach who is currently the head coach of the Liberty Flames men's basketball team. McKay began his coaching career in the late 1980s as an assistant coach at Seattle Pacific University. He has also served as an assistant coach at various NCAA Division I programs, including Oregon State, Washington, and New Mexico.
McKay has had two separate stints as the head coach of the Liberty Flames, first from 2007 to 2009 and then again starting in 2015.
